Refund Policy

Refunds apply to unused wallet balance and dashboard/API credits that have not yet been spent on an order. Once credits are applied to an order that has started processing, that portion is generally non-refundable because the underlying digital service has been initiated.

To request a refund, contact info@smmwork.com or open a support ticket from your dashboard with your account email and the payment reference. We review requests promptly and respond with a decision and next steps.

Wallet top-ups are made by bank transfer, so approved refunds are returned to the originating bank account. After approval, the amount is issued from our side quickly; the time it appears on your statement depends on your bank and is outside our control.

Credits already consumed by completed or in-progress orders, and any applicable payment-processing fees, are non-refundable. Delivery times and availability of individual digital services vary by provider status and are described on each service.

Cancelling a subscription or dashboard plan stops future charges but is separate from requesting a refund of existing balance. You keep access to already-purchased credits according to these terms.
