Payment & Billing Policy

You pay by topping up your wallet balance, then spend service credits on orders from the dashboard. Your wallet balance is the single source of truth for payments. Prices are set in USD as the base currency, with a multi-currency display so you can see approximate amounts in your preferred currency.

Wallet top-ups are made by bank transfer, settled to the DEDE IST CONS-FZCO company account. The transfer funds your wallet balance, which you then spend on digital service credits within the dashboard. DEDE IST CONS-FZCO issues the record of the top-up. Online card payment is not available at this time.

For bank-transfer top-ups, send funds to the account of DEDE IST CONS - FZCO. Account holder: DEDE IST CONS - FZCO. Bank: Wio Bank (Abu Dhabi, UAE). IBAN: AE86 0860 0000 0916 9580 988. Always include your account email or reference so we can credit your wallet; bank-transfer balance is added once funds are confirmed received.

For bank-transfer top-ups, DEDE IST CONS-FZCO issues the record of the top-up. USD is the base billing currency; amounts shown in other currencies are indicative and may differ from what your bank applies. You are responsible for any taxes due in your own jurisdiction.

Refunds follow our Refund Policy: unused wallet balance and unspent credits are refundable; credits consumed by started orders generally are not. Approved refunds are returned to the originating bank account. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact info@smmwork.com first so we can resolve it quickly — opening a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution and can lead to account suspension for abuse.
