By creating an account, adding funds, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the panel. These terms form a binding agreement between you and us regarding your use of the service.

"Panel" or "Service" means this ordering platform. "Provider" means the upstream supplier that fulfills an order. "Order" means a request you submit for a catalog service. "Wallet" means your prepaid balance held with us. "Reseller" means a user authorized to access wholesale pricing and the API.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the panel and are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account. Keep your login credentials confidential. We may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

Prices are set in USD as the base currency; any other currency shown is an approximate display value. We are provider-agnostic and route orders to whichever provider best serves the canonical service. Prices, limits, and service availability may change at any time without prior notice, including due to upstream provider changes. The price applied is the one shown at the moment you confirm the order.

Payments are handled by bank transfer. Funds added to your wallet are used to pay for orders. We do not store full card details; these are handled by the payment processor. Wallet balances are non-transferable between accounts. You agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks; legitimate disputes should be raised with support first.

Orders that fail to start or are canceled before delivery are refunded to your wallet. Partially delivered orders are refunded for the undelivered portion. Where a service lists a refill guarantee, we will replace eligible drops within the stated window per that service's terms. Refunds are issued to wallet balance rather than the original payment method unless applicable law requires otherwise. Completed deliveries are generally non-refundable.

You may not use the panel for any illegal content or activity, to target accounts you do not own or have permission to promote, or to harass, defame, or deceive. You may not request, share, or attempt to obtain any other person's account credentials through the service. We make no claim that any service circumvents a platform's Terms of Service, and you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the rules of the platforms you target.

Delivery times, speeds, and start estimates shown in the panel are based on timestamped operational telemetry, not performance guarantees. Outcomes depend on upstream providers and platform conditions outside our control. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, except those that cannot be excluded by law. We do not control or take responsibility for actions taken by third-party platforms against your account.

Reseller access and API keys are granted at our discretion and must be kept secure. You are responsible for all activity performed with your API key and for your own customers if you operate a child panel. You may not resell in a way that misrepresents the nature of the services or makes guarantees we do not make. We may rate-limit, suspend, or revoke API access for abuse or security reasons.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost engagement, or actions taken by third-party platforms against your account.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date below. Your continued use of the panel after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
