Acceptable Use Policy

SMMWORK is a digital service dashboard for ordering social-media marketing services and managing wallet credits. This policy sets the boundaries of that use. Where this policy and our Terms of Use differ, the stricter rule applies.

You may use SMMWORK to order and manage services for social-media accounts, pages, channels or content that you own or are authorised to manage on behalf of a client, including:

• placing orders for accounts and links you control, or for clients who have engaged you and consented to the work;

• reselling dashboard access and service credits to your own customers under your own brand, provided you pass on the restrictions in this policy;

• using the API to automate ordering, status polling and refill requests within the documented rate limits;

• topping up your wallet and spending credits across any listed platform or service category.

You may not use SMMWORK, or any service ordered through it, to:

• order for accounts, pages, channels, links or content you do not own and are not authorised to manage;

• target another person or organisation without their consent, including for harassment, defamation, brigading or reputational harm;

• promote or amplify content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or that sexualises minors;

• promote or amplify sexually explicit, pornographic or other NSFW adult content, or content promoting illegal goods, weapons or controlled substances;

• commit fraud, deception or impersonation, including imitating a real person or organisation in a misleading way;

• inflate metrics in order to deceive advertisers, sponsors, investors, platform monetisation programmes or any other party that relies on those figures;

• manipulate elections, referenda, public-health information or other civic processes;

• infringe anyone's intellectual-property, privacy or other rights, or otherwise breach applicable law;

• circumvent, probe or attack the security of SMMWORK, any social platform or any third-party system, including scraping, credential stuffing or unauthorised API access.

Every social platform sets its own terms, and those terms apply to you independently of this policy. Ordering a service does not exempt you from them, and it remains your responsibility to check what is permitted for your account before you order.

We never ask for, and you must never provide, the password or login credentials of any social account — services are delivered using the public link or username you supply. Each listing carries a compliance badge indicating our assessment of platform-policy risk; that badge is guidance, not a guarantee, and the decision to order is yours.

We provide dashboard access and service credits. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, retention rate, delivery speed or business result, and estimated delivery times shown on a listing are indicative only. Results vary by account, content, platform and category.

Platform behaviour can change at any time and may affect delivery on orders already in progress. Where an order cannot be completed, our Refund Policy governs what is returned to your wallet.

We may review account activity for compliance with this policy. Where we find a breach, we may cancel or refuse orders, restrict API access, limit, suspend or terminate the account, withhold or reverse credits associated with the breach, and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities — with or without notice, depending on the severity.

Repeated or deliberate breaches, and any attempt to disguise a prohibited use, will normally result in permanent termination without refund of credits spent on the offending orders.
